In 2020 T.J.Matthews celebrates its 50th Anniversary, successfully supplying own label ready to wear and made to measure highland wear to tailors and retailers. As part of the Leeds based Lambton Tailoring Group we at TJM are based in Blantyre, South Lanarkshire, south of Glasgow.
What product or service are you most excited about showing at Make it British Live!
To celebrate our anniversary and to complement our specialist highland wear we are launching a Made in Great Britain range of own label made-to-measure and short run (MOQ 25 units) stock suits, separates, outerwear, country wear and other specialist tailored garments using the comprehensive Lambton order platform.

Why do you think it’s important to support made in the UK?
We wish to maintain and develop Britain’s rich heritage and skill in artisanal and technical tailoring. Our established knowledge and ability to make complex MIGB highland garments leaves TJM ideally placed to produce other mens and ladies business, formal and country wear exploiting the comprehensive pattern library and manufacturing expertise within the group.
